This is a fine art print made from my original landscape watercolor painting. This Colorado watercolor painting would make a lovely addition to your mountain wall decor. The landscape watercolor painting is of some of the collegiate peaks overlooking a blue lake.
Paper choices:
1- Bright white, matte 230gsm paper. It is acid free and smooth. This is high quality art paper and makes beautiful prints.
2- Epson Watercolor Paper 190gsm. It is acid free and textured. This paper is beautiful. Prints look like the original art.
About your art print:
1- Printed with professional grade Canon printer.
2- Printed on high quality fine art cotton paper.
3- Printed with high quality Canon dye-based inks.
4- Print sizes are designed to conveniently fit into standard mats and frames.
5- All monitors are different, so colors on prints may vary slightly.
6- Prints will have no border.
7- All prints are signed by the artist.
8- Frames are not included.
9- The artwork is horizontal.
Shipping:
1- Your new art will ship flat. It will be protected in a plastic sleeve and a stay flat rigid white mailer.
2- I add a care card with tips on taking care of your new print. Enclosed your will also find a ‘Thank you’ coupon to use when you visit again.
3- I use USPS for both domestic and international shipping. I am happy to offer my art worldwide. All customs, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see my shop policies for more information.
4. I use one business day to prepare your order and then ship quickly.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do accept commissions. When a buyer requests an original watercolor painting, there will be a short contract to sign. The contract will contain basic information. What the buyer wants painted, the size of the painting, how long the art will take, shipping information, care information, date of the order, date the art is needed, materials used and price. My price for commissions is based on square inches + creation fee ($80.00). For example, an original hand painted 8x10 watercolor would be $80.00 (8x10) +$80.00 for a total of $160.00. This covers the cost of materials, shipping, and a small wage for the artist’s time. This does not include tax.
Sizing details
Can I request a custom size I do not see on a listing?
Yes! In my studio, I can print sizes up to 13x19 inches. If a listing does not have the size you need, please contact me. I am happy to help with custom sizes.
Please note that a new size must be added to the listing before you can purchase it. I will contact you when that is done, and then you can make your purchase. A custom print size will not be created without purchase. If you would like a very large print, larger than 13x19 in, I have to order one. I use Giclee Today in Pennsylvania to make large prints that are shipped to me. They are a company I have trusted to make gorgeous prints for me for the last 5 years. The processing time for these large prints is 10 days.
